Registering your device ensures you’re covered by our warranty terms and provides us with important information that allows us to improve your experience with us.
Please include a copy of your receipt showing the date of purchase (upload via the form below, or send us a hard copy if you’re mailing your certificate). Remember to keep the original receipt for your reference.
If you purchased our original 7+1 device, you can also choose to complete the Warranty Certificate included in your IllumiaSkin box and return it by post to the address noted on the card.
